We will respond to your request within the timeframes required by law (e.g., 45 days for CCPA requests, with a possible 45-day extension). If we deny your request, we will explain why.
Opting Out of Sale or Sharing
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising:
● Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor where required by law.
Limiting Use of Sensitive Personal Information
To limit the use of sensitive personal information, submit a request as described above. We currently use sensitive personal information only for essential purposes, such as processing payments or securing accounts, if any.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Site, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Shine the Light Law
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents may request information about our sharing of personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
